You may notice that The Short Bus lurches and shudders a couple of times in the early part of the run. That was evidence that the gearbox needed attention. After this meeting, it was removed and five gears as well as three shift forks were replaced. While he had it apart, Leonard from Azzopardi Racing also undercut all of the gears to ensure clean, crisp gear changes in the future.
